Return & Refund Policy

At Printspot / Art Mine, most of our products are made-to-order and customized as per the customer's requirements.

Customized Products

Customized products such as Name Plates, T-Shirts, Neon Lights, Acrylic Products and other personalized products are specially made for each customer.

Therefore, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or personal preference after the order has been confirmed.

Customers are requested to carefully check and confirm all names, spellings, designs, sizes, colours and other details before confirming the order.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive a product that is:

- Damaged during delivery
- Defective or has a manufacturing issue
- Different from the product ordered
- Made incorrectly due to an error from our side

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share your Order ID, clear photos and an unboxing video (if available) so that we can verify the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be from our side, we may provide a replacement, correction/rework, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders for customized products can be cancelled only if production has not started.

Once customization or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Products

Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted for:

- Change of mind
- Incorrect name, spelling or other details provided by the customer
- Customer-approved design
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling
- Products that have been installed, used, altered or modified by the customer

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method, wherever possible.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
