We offer customized and non-customized products including T-Shirts, Name Plates, Neon Lights, Acrylic Products, MDF Products, Caps, Gifts, Signage and other printing and gifting products.
Product images are for reference purposes. Minor variations in colour, material, finish or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, material availability and the nature of customized products.
2. Customized Orders
Many of our products are specially manufactured according to the customer's requirements.
Customers are responsible for providing correct:
- Name and spelling
- Text
- Design or artwork
- Size
- Colour
- Contact details
- Delivery address
- Other customization instructions
Once the customer confirms the design or customization details, production may begin.
We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided or approved by the customer.
3. Pricing and Payment
All product prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
The price applicable at the time of placing the order will generally apply to that order.
Orders may require full or partial payment before production, depending on the product and order requirements.
An order will be considered confirmed only after payment or confirmation as communicated by us.
4. Order Acceptance

- Inability to manufacture the requested product

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customized products require production time. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the product, quantity, customization and delivery location.
Delivery dates provided by us are estimated timelines and may be affected by courier delays, transportation issues, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customer-Provided Content
If you provide logos, photographs, artwork, text or other content for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use such content.
We are not responsible for disputes arising from customer-provided copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise protected material.
7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or incorrectly manufactured product due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, photographs, logos, designs and other materials belonging to us may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without our prior written permission.
